About Becker Law Office

The Becker Law Office has only one purpose: to protect the rights of injured people.

Our policy concerning legal fees is simple. You pay us absolutely nothing until we win or settle your case. In addition, if we accept your case we will advance all of the costs and fees necessary, including fees for expert witnesses. When we recover money for you, we ask you to pay us a reasonable percentage of the total award, plus costs and expenses which we advance on your behalf.

All cases accepted by the Becker Law Office are handled by skilled attorneys who are supervised by Gary Becker. Mr. Becker has practiced law since 1963 and has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accident lawsuits.

In each of the past two years over 95% of the personal injury cases which have been handled by the Becker Law Office have been won or settled to our clients' satisfaction.

We have offices in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky which makes us convenient to most people in central Kentucky, but if you are seriously injured and cannot come to our office, we will make arrangements to come to you.
